Creating Uniforms

I have files in a zip of a Rams blackout uniform i want to create although I'm not sure how I could turn the folder/zip file into a .uni file
I tried the MadModX Uniform Editor and Ripper But it crashes when I try to replace the file I have all the files just don't know how to import them in-game
