Yeah, I feel like the Raiders got screwed by the refs, but I voted for Cincy so good for me haha.

I didn't watch the whole game but dang it seemed the raiders defensive coordinator was chicken to call blitzes against burrow. With a young quarterback you have to hit them and hit them hard early in the game to rattle their pocket presence. Burrow had all day to throw because Raiders played too much zone coverage.

The Raiders played to loose. Jacob's didn't get the ball enough to be a serious factor. Carr's final play was a horrible decision. The Patriots didn't 'play at all. I know Bill is going to make major changes over the off season. Congrats to the Bills and Bengals.

It's not how you start, but how you finish. So here I sit in the basement with an 0-2 start. Today I will be redeemed, hopefully, I think, maybe, possibly :lol:

The way you counter a bull rush is a screen or little pass to your RB behind the rush..... Would someone please tell the Cowboys because it was there all day......

Do you really want the Cowboys throwing screens? Every time we do they get stuffed. But the playcalling was bad yeah.

Dak had a few times where he could have tucked the ball and ran. But the loss wasn't his fault and the playcalling wasn't on him (though he can and should change bad play calls). He was mediocre, but he was far from the worst thing that happened. Terrible blocking, receivers couldn't hang onto the ball, a million penalties, a piss-poor running game with Zeke, who was playing on a torn PCL for God knows whatever reason, and terrible game management from McCarthy, who has turned into Mr. "Blame Everyone Except Myself for My Mistakes."
