NZA MADDEN EDITOR 1.3 and 2.0 is not working or starting up

I'm having the same issue out of nowhere. It worked a few months ago last I used it then went to open it and it just does nothing. I always follow the starting player guide etc. I did not download mad mod x just nza itself a while back. But like I said worked fine no issues, now after a few months it just doesn't open in any way shape or form. Do get the message when running compatability trouble shooter that it's an incompatible program.
