madden 04 roster 1966 problem

In the 1966 roster 5 teams ( Steelers , Eagles , Falcons , Charger and Broncos ) are not showing their logos on menu and with gray helmets and 1 team ( Gians ) has the wrong uniform ( with the 1964-65 season uniform and not 1966-67). Does anyone know what program to fix this? In madden editor I didn't find the option to change uniform and helmet.

I believe these are custom teams and you have to download and place Mikes Historic Data in your custom art folder......

How do you make uniforms compatible with Muscle Mike-LM67?
