DB Editor Playbook number

I'm working on updating the HOF teams and need to know the input number for the formations that you put in the TOPB and TDPB columns for playbook designation. Since the HOF teams don't have a coach I need to do it this way. I basically want the Pass Balanced and Balanced offences and 3-4 and 4-3 defense numbers but the other standard playbooks I wouldn't mind having either. I used to have the list but have lost it over time.
