2 ) Players with injuries and active but cant fit in the roster taken out of TGID 1008. You need to select and assign each one so you can bring them into your franchise. (No FA lost)

The problem are not the injuries. I have deleted all practice squad players and i deleted 100 worst fa players. and after one season i haven't lost fa players.

All the injured and late signees that are not "superstar" are in the Practice Squad. Practice Squad (TGID 1008) and FA (TGID 1009) are the same type. If you have players in TGID 1008, that counts against the FA pool. So it is best to clear TGID 1008 before the offseason while maintaining the limit of each team, 55 players for all 32 teams and preferred 421players in FA and Practice Squad (TGID 1008)

Hope that make sense and one reason I have to put those injured and late signees in TGID 1008 is to bring them in to your franchise.

Yeah. That's the plan. Actually working on the roster and tinkering with the contracts because of re-structures and lowered salary cap.
