The RFL is accepting Coaches for their inaugural season utilizing the upcoming Madden 20 franchise. We have an accelerated advance schedule of four days a week so we are looking for active/motivated coaches only. We will utilize custom rosters and custom sliders to insure that gameplay and stats mimics that of the NFL.

*What is Coach Mode?** A mode in Madden in which all players, including the QB, move on their own utilizing their attributes. A user acts as a coach of the team where he makes all GM and coach decisions throughout the year, adjust the depth charts, makes trades, drafts, etc… During the game they would call the plays and make pre-play adjustments (line shifts, DB shading etc). Once the ball is snapped the user does NOT touch the controller for any reason; they allow the players (attributes) to decide the outcome of the play.

**Why play Coach Mode?** Football is like a chess match. Madden is a great simulation (if used properly). Coach mode is great for users who enjoy the X and O’s and dislike the “cheese” or “gimmicks” of traditional Madden play. This mode is usually for a more mature user one who enjoys a true simulation.

We have finishing up our "XP slider" project to ensure that players progress appropriately - then we will work on our rosters - overalls, positions, contracts, etc to make sure they are accurate to that of the NFL. Then we will work of game slidders.

All to ensure that our members have a TRUE sim experience

We are continuing to work hard at setting this league up so that it can be a Premier League that one can enjoy for many seasons. Our XP sliders are about where we want them so we have begun to work on our Game Play sliders. The focus of these sliders will be to establish statistics that closely resemble that of the NFL without sacrificing animations. I love seeing different animations play out in a realistic way as it really adds to the Immersion of the game.

We are almost ready to begin! We are very close to finalizing our custom sliders, we have already completed our custom xp sliders so that each position gains the appropriate experience each year and now - we are working on our custom rosters that will include the 2020 draft class as well as the 2021 draft class!! It will include accurate player appearances, accurate equipment, accurate schools, accurate playing styles, etc

XP sliders are completed. Game sliders have been updated. I am comfortable enough with them that we can begin to use them in league action. However, I will continue to update them through week four of the preseason. The roster work is tedious but are coming along nicely and will be the last thing we need to do before kickoff.. so.. here is our schedule of upcoming activities!
