Madden PSP texture mod help

I started learning how to mod psp textures to try and update Madden 08 on psp. I have uniforms down pat pretty much because of this website. Only problem I have is when I edit a jersey number it's fine on the Jersey but the texture colors are messed up for sleeves? Any tips from modders here?
