The refs are blind

A PI in gronk
And a hit in a fair catch by the pats

Both not called

I was extremely disappointed in how the Patriots played in the first half of the game. Catches that should have been caught were dropped, the defense was playing poorly, and overall it seemed like nobody was trying*. And I was also reminded of how even my favorite NFL kicker, Gost, can regress. It was extremely depressing.

However, the rest of the game was quite entertaining. Tom got his 200th win, Julian Edelman reestablished himself as my favorite player, and the Pats got the W, because of course they did. What a way to end the night.

I think my favorite way for New England to end the season would be for them to defeat the Cowboys in the Super Bowl.

*Nevermind, that's an understatement... How can I say no one was trying when Tom Brady (the quarterback) was blocking for LaGarrete Blount?

At least he was trying. He's a 39 year old quarterback, for crying out loud.

This video is pretty awesome - Tom Brady makes the tackle after the interception, and there were two lead blockers.

The officials were terrible in the Dallas/Washington game too. Tons of no calls on both sides. The majority went against Dallas, but there were a few where Dallas got lucky too. Refs missed Norman slapping and smacking Dez after plays over and over again. The officiating, overall this season, has been the worst I've seen, I'd probably say.
