Madden DB Editor Column Headers
Re: Madden DB Editor Column Headers
I fixed all of the coaches, and it still crashed, any other thoughts or suggestions?

Can you send the roster. Would like to check if there are issues.
Re: Madden DB Editor Column Headers
I'm wondering if the problem exists because I imported the original COCH once too many times in an effort to create 64 custom teams.
I started a new roster file and created 16 teams then imported the original COCH file then created 16 more and imported the COCH file again. Rixster told me this would allow me to delete the NFL teams w/o crashing and it seems to have worked.
Here's where I think I may have messed things up. I then deleted all 32 NFL teams and created 16 more teams and imported the original COCH file again. Now I cannot get this roster file to create a franchise file, it keeps crashing, does this trigger any ideas?

Re: Madden DB Editor Column Headers
Okay so I recreated the roster file from scratch running tests of creating franchise files along the way. I get the same crash trying to start a new franchise after swapping in my 32 custom teams and deleting the 32 NFL teams.
I had created 16 custom teams then used DB Madden Editor to import an original COCH file then created the next 16 custom teams and imported COCH again. I successfully created a new franchise file. I then deleted the 32 NFL teams which were listed as CREATED at that time and it crashed trying to make a franchise, what did I miss?

Re: Madden DB Editor Column Headers
Hello!
I have been dealing with a roster/franchise file for 10-12 days now. At first the M08 would crash trying to create franchise file, I figured out a way around that.
The game won't simulate a game and it gives me this error message:
'Problems with your Roster are preventing you from spawning a game."
All the depth charts are complete.
All the players have contracts.
All teams have 53 players.
All custom logos successfully transferred using MadWolf.
The franchise file is easily used with NZA Editor 1.3 without crashing.
Any ideas?

PSTM = Player Sleeve Temperature. 0-127 (0 = never 127 = always)
Re: Madden DB Editor Column Headers
Hello!
I appreciate all of the replies. I was able to figure out the import/export problem, NZA editor provided a lot more columns than the DB editor, not sure why. Also, I realized that all changes need to be made to custom teams before you swap them with NFL teams.
I have a new problem in franchise mode and I'm guessing I fat-fingered something. When I try to save edits in NZA editor it won't save and produces this:

To enable just in time (JIT) debugging, the config file for this
application or machine (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.
For example:
<configuration>
<system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the machine
rather than being handled by this dialog.
