I have an account with Mega sync but I am unable to download and install the Fifa Mod Manager for Madden 22 PC I was able to last week but now I can't Fifa Mod Manager quit working a few days ago so I am unable to use any mods for Madden 22 wish there was another site to download and install the Fifa Mod Manager 1.10 for Madden 22

Not sure, but have you done the following?

1. First you have to download the mod.
2. Extract the files.
3. stall the Mod Manager. After that, install the FIFA 21 Mod Manager. >>>>
4. Apply the mods. Now, navigate to where you installed the FIFA Mod Manager, and open the EXE.
5. Lastly, LOAD the squad file and you're done!
