All right, I think I found my prefered set. But there is a simply problem that there is no way I can fix with these sliders without breaking something else.
Player Speed
Since Madden NFL 2000 (The first one I remember that has these sliders), RB Ability has been the general slider for the player's Speed, Acceleration, Agility, Carrying and Break Tackle stats. Maybe Strenght too, but that doesn't influence here. So, the more I raise the RB Ability, the harder it is to tackle players, they can carry the ball without fumbling it and so on and so forth. But the players are simply too fast. I feel they move too fast compared to the real NFL. This ranges from players running the 40 way too fast, to cornerbacks catching up with Devin Hester (Not possible), or Tight Ends catching up with Cornerbacks.
And if I lower the RB Ability to make players move slower/more realistically, using the highlight stick would mean dropping the football, which is bad. The problem with this set of sliders is that they are too general. I still wonder why EA didn't add more sliders for every stuff that could influence the game until the next gen Maddens. Another problem that I have right now is that with 80 Awareness on the CPU, the pass protection seems as good as it should be, but running East and West against any D, no matter how fast your runner is, will result in less yards than running up the gut. That could be said, is fixed in the newer Maddens, IIRC there are Pass Reaction and Run Reaction sliders on the next gen Maddens. But this is a Gen 6 Madden, so we are stuck with these set of sliders.
Or the QBs ability to throw the ball. Increasing QB Accuracy (My testing set right now has 65) makes QBs be able to throw it deep, but at times with way too much accuracy (They may lead the target too much though). Lowering it (My standard set with 40 or moonbax's set of 34) limits them to 20-30 yards. I've never seen them miss their targets with low accuracy though.
Rambling is coming to an end, don't worry. My problem is that this general set of sliders are simply not enough to get a very realistic enviroment. I know, this isn't real football, just a clever simulation of football, and that perfection isn't possible, but the closer try to get to perfection, the more likely we are to get excellence, and that's what I want to acheive.

Re: Jose21crisis' Classic (Player vs. AI) Sliders
I've been using these sliders since I restarted my franchise (after using the Moonbax sliders in my previous one) and this time around my defense has been atrocious all around. Granted, the Pats didn't exactly have the best D of the 2017 season, but this is just crazy.
I allowed almost 500 yards against the Broncos. Trevor Siemian passed for 334 yards. Their rushing average was 12.1 yards. My cornerbacks (rated 88 and 87 respectively) allowed five catches each.

2 tips to fix that. The first, adjust your playcalling a bit. What you usually call, blitzes, man, zone, zone blitz or man blitz? I've found that a healthy amount of Cover 2 Man (2 Man Under), Cover 3 and Zone Blitzes prevent the AI from huge gains. They occasionally get a HUGE TD run/pass, but that's if they manage to get behind the coverage, which doesn't happen often. The other one, you can alter the sliders a bit. I recommend that you raise Raise Human D Awareness to 50, as that increases the protection against the pass AND the run as the AI reacts faster.

Re: Jose21crisis' Classic (Player vs. AI) Sliders
2 Man Under in various formations (3-4 Over, 4-2-5 or 3-2-6 are all common) is one of my go-to defensive plays, but that doesn't really mean a thing when the game decides Nathan Peterman can throw two pinpoint long passes to get Buffalo from their 20 yard line to the endzone after being down 14-0 in the first half. I've had these kinds of games before, and god knows I've had them in FIFA as well, but in this franchise it's been every game.

This is true as i mentioned in another thread...mixing the playcalling is helpful but especially calling zone 3-4 coverages limit the cpu's ability to pass the ball....I have found you can get quite a few interceptions using 3-4 cover 3, 3-4 pinch blitz, and 3-4 cover 2 coverages....of course you should pick them on reasonable downs...like 3-4 pinch call it on 1st down and get a sack or if its a run a loss of 2-3 yards...then call 3-4 cover 3 because they will try to more than likely pass the ball on 2nd and 12+.....then call 3-4 cover 3 again or 3-4 cover 2 if they are inside their own 20 yard line due to a great punt by you or multiple sacks....
if you're really a gambler call 3-4 pinch to get a sack with an OLB..... but you have to be fast and highlight stick the qb quick or you can get burned....this is how i play most of my defense with the occasional nickel 335 blitz or dime cb blitz.....mixed in ....the key is finding that golden play that you get interceptions from the pc on and using it against the team... some teams its a bit harder but if you gameplan or map out tendencies in your head you can be very effective....
for example on all-madden default sliders I have picked off peyton manning a record 7 times with no defense or offensive assists....why is this? because the 3-4 cover 3 play is an excellent zone coverage that stops most short routes and middle of the field routes where manning likes to throw....yea you can get beat with the deep ball but like jose said it has to be behind the cover men and really good O line protection to do that....
just ask rodney harrison as the pats used the 3-4 cover 3 well to disguise and confuse manning in the playoffs multiple times...for multiple picks....
another qb good to use that against is andrew luck, andy dalton,
for tom brady and ben roethlisberger you have to be more blitz heavy and more man to man coverage...never use zone or you will get burned....always send a hidden blitzer....they throw too early and get picked easily that way.....
cam newton always call cover 3 or cover 2 from the 3-4 as his passes are not that accurate and its easy pickings....
sorry for the long post and not meaning to derail the thread but sliders while helpful are limited to your playcalling....great playcalling is effective no matter what the sliders are....
For help running madden please consult my guide and posts from fellow users here....thanks! (link below) viewtopic.php?f=22&t=17907

My usual concepts depends on the team I'm facing.
Cover 0 (AKA Man Blitz or Double Coverage) is good against either very short running situations (Due to the blitz, hopefully the RB gets stuffed in the backfield) or long passing situations (Again, the blitz. If we get in the back field fast enough, it is a sack). I use this against opponents which don't have great WRs or don't have a great O-Line, even then I use it sparingly.
Cover 1 (AKA Man Coverage) is good because I can send a blitzer in and still get good coverage. I tend to back up the deep safety in case of a deep pass.I tend to use it against defenses that don't have great WRs and/or scrambling QBs (The Seahawks come to mind).
Cover 2 Man is good as an all around defense. I usually keep a LB in QB Spy and he manages to prevent a huge gain, or at least slow down the runner. And of course stuff the QB. I use it in any general situation except short running situations. Is my starting defense for any game until I figure out what the CPU is doing.
Cover 2 Zone always results in bad stuff for me. Whenever I call it, the CPU goes deep on me.
Cover 3 is great when you have a superb Strong Safety like the Steelers did back when Troy Polamalu was in the game. On Cover 3 you have your SS and Linebackers covering the middle, which takes away most crossing routes and runs (Here's when your Strong Safety comes into play). The problem it has is that it leaves the flat open. I use it against good running teams that don't tend to use a lot passes to the flats and general defense.
Finally you have Cover 4, which sucks against anything short, but anything deep is simply not going to happen because you have 4 guys up there. My favorite concept is always Zone Blitz, specifically Fire Zone Blitz. Fire Zone Blitz has 5 rushers, 3 defenders in shallow coverage, and 3 defenders deep. I have 3 of those plays. One is in the 3-4 Normal set, the other in the 3-4 Over set (Both called "Trio Sky Zone" IIRC) and the last one in the Dime Normal set (Called "Zone Blitz"). I can rack up lots of sacks if I have a fast DB or LBs when calling it.

Game Log Ends
------------------------------------------------------------
Here's my log from my Super Bowl game against Seattle, using a slightly tweaked version of your sliders. Not a great showing from Seattle, but it would have been a lot more even had Russell Wilson not thrown a pick leading to a second Patriots TD late in the second quarter. Uncharacteristically poor game from Brady as well, largely due to his shoulder being injured after a sack in the second quarter. Elected to put him back in anyway and rely on my running game. Oddly enough, Dion Lewis ended up as MVP, despite having a statistically worse game than Thomas Rawls. A better MVP would have been Devin McCourty or Dont'a Hightower, who both were stellar on defense.

Re: Jose21crisis' Classic (Player vs. AI) Sliders
thanks for the sliders, had a good game with the Heisman mod. Game was close but it should've been a safe win, AI just threw it deep in Cover 2 Man and my safety plain choked.
I liked the rushing. 3.6 YPC doesn't tell the whole story, cause I did a bunch of tosses and sweeps that got destroyed in the backfield (came back from the newer Maddens, wasn't used to that). Yeldon didn't have any big explosive runs. He was reliable in 3rd & Short situations though. I committted to stopping their run game with 8 in the box most downs, cause that was all they really had going. Deshaun Watson went down in the first quarter, but he went 2/4 and a 10 yard rush while he was in. Doubt he would've made the difference unless Madden 08 had the option.
As you can see they had a dismal 42% comp rate (most from the first quarter), but a couple massive plays to 5'11" white guy Adam Humphries that's WR3 with the Bucs IRL now. After that they Falconed it up. They just couldn't build up momentum after that first quarter. Their defense did all they could, but the play action destroyed them. My defense really stepped up in the second half, with a 3 and out on the opening possession and 4 INTs as well, one in their territory. All hail the zone blitz. Actually, one of those FGs only resulted from a pick in Bama territory.
All in all a really fun game that came down to a two minute drill.
