Offensive MVP? This has to be Dwight Fraser with 117 TD's. How much time did he miss anyway?

Defensive MVP? Eric Terrell gets my vote. At the top of the tackles and a good number of INT's to go along with it.
Biggest Surprise? Roy McGee gets this for me. Is he part hawk, 'cuz he sure gets his hands on the ball.
Biggest Disappointment? I would have to say Henry Benivieni. I thought that he would have turned into a better player than this. Unless he doesn't get to play.
Biggest Future Star? Where does Alton Fryar play? He seems to be a good one but is down the list a bit. He may be a future star.

Fraser only missed most of a few games. He started all 16, but didn't finish all of those games. One was the last game of the season, but he did have a few games where he got hurt in the first quarter or half and didn't come back until the next week.

McGee is only 25 years old and had 30 interceptions this year, and 25 last year. He's been nothing short of incredible.

Benivieni just doesn't get to play much. However, Castle is 38 years old, and while this was the best season of his career... he's 38 years old. And Benivieni can play tackle and end, so he should get some work in the future, maybe not as a starter, but as a key backup.

Alton Fryar is currently the #4 CB, though he has a starter-capable OVR rating. He actually had 5 interceptions last season, but just didn't play as much this season.

Heck, McGee may be your star of the future then!

Biggest Surprise? I really like how Donny Brown is still as dominant.
Biggest Disappointment?
Biggest Future Star? I think McGee is already a star. For those who haven't blossomed yet, I am seeing good things for Allen Brown. I also really like Alton Fryar but with the starters ahead of him, it will be hard for him to get much playing time. Same thing for Reginald Boren.

I feel the need to point out that Eugene Clewett was two yards away from a punt return touchdown. He broke free, and right as he got close to the end zone, his own blocker (Dexter Walker) bumped into him and threw him off course, right into a defender. The worst part was I saw my blocker coming but couldn't get out of the way.

The Cowboys suffered a blow to their secondary, as SS Jimmy Gray suffered a sprained elbow that will keep him out for the rest of the playoffs. Dallas could have used his hard hitting play at safety in the NFC Championship against Arizona. Jimmy Gray has been placed on Injured Reserve, officially ending his season. The Cowboys, needing a backup at strong safety for the rest of the playoffs, will activate David Stahlman from the Injured Reserve, using one of their two activations. Stahlman suffered a moderate injury in the preseason, and has spent the entire season up to this point on the IR. He will serve as the backup at strong safety during the NFC Championship and, should Dallas make it there, the Super Bowl. Connor Humphrey will start in place of Gray for the rest of the playoffs.
