Thank you.
That's a very kind thing to say. I really appreciate your support an admiration.
Keep up the good work. You'll probably be far better than myself, one day....you may already be.

I don’t think I’m better than you yet. You can do DAT cleats, numbers, and equipment. I’m not very good at that. All I do so far is in TPF form. If you/anybody want(s) to convert this to DAT (including the cleats), you have my permission to do so.

Actually, once you get into DAT uniforms, if you want to in the future, you will find that they are not quite as much work as .tpf uniforms. Of course, .tpf uniforms do look better, because you can use PNG images, which can be a higher resolution, than the DAT's or .bmp's.
It's all personal preference, though. Some people never use TexMod, some only use TexMod, and some use both.
I'm not a fan of NCAA Football, so I have no interest working in that particular area.
There are lots and lots of College Football folks here, though....someone may take you up on your offer.

Tip for sleeve caps: to keep them the stripes straight on the uniforms, set the stripe going up at about a 45 degree angle on the right half of the image.

I didn’t make the sleeves. The Heisman Team did.

Cool stuff! Are you interested in updating NCAA uniforms? For example Miami or Oregon.
