Madden 05

Recently got back into Madden '05 on PCSX2 and having a good time revisiting this classic. After reading through a lot of the possibilities with modding previous versions, is it possible for me to edit player faces? Not looking to texture edit the faces, more curious about the possibility of changing the generic faces to one of the hundreds of different face IDs already available in game?
