Updating Madden 11 roster for Xbox 360

I went on Operations Sports and saw updated rosters for M12 mostly. I tried using different editors to export the csv files and then copied the tables in Excel from an updated M12 roster to a generic Madden 11 file. But I keep getting the file is damaged or corrupted error. I rehashed and resigned correctly using Horizon. So I know that is not what's causing the error. If anyone could tell me if it's even possible and if it is could share a guide of some kind. Thanks.
