ROGERJINX ROSTER FAIL

I dont know whats going on but every time I create one player it takes all my cap space and puts me in the hole no matter how much money I have. I've tried it three times now. I had over 36 million and now I'm in the hole -14 million. Please help! I'll show pictures if needed.
