Madden 04 PC gameplay conversion

This having a project of converts of various animations from madden 09-12 to 08 . Would it be possible to convert all the gameplay from 04 to 08 (including the kicking mechanics) ? Unfortunately Madden 04 has several working issues on modern OS and the mod library of 08 is much larger.

In the video below explains this very well , because the gameplay of 04 is an improved version of madden/ncaa 03 .
