Mod for pre-season free agents recruitment ?

I am almost sure it is impossibly, but anyway i want to ask -
is there any way for creating a mod for pre-season free agents recruitment, as shown in lower screenshot ?
Its pretty easy just to sign on contracts with the best available players (if you have the money, of course).

I don't think a mod like that would be possible. Not inside of the game anyway. Free agency is probably the most volatile stage of the offseason, and a lot of things could potentially go wrong when modding or editing during that period.
