Program for quick bulk files enable/disabling..?

could you guys point me in the direction of some good programs that do this.

basically, keep default program files, and modded program files seperate. and when i need to enable/disable either default or modded program files, i can basically just run the program, hit a button, and one of those (default/modded) will be enabled while the other is disabled, and vice versa.

You can use either UMod or JSGME. You can have Madden08 play as is ..then switch over to a Mod of your choose with those programs
