Any ideas for how to add Post Snap RPOs and pitching options to Madden 08?

With the modern era of football some college schemes are starting to have an impact on the NFL. So, with that being said I'm trying to figure out how to add the NCAA Post Snap Run Pass option plays (RPO) and ability to pitch without removing the madden 08 play editor. This would provide gamers the best representation of modern NFL
