Anyway to make players retire earlier.

I'm using a High School mod. But to add to the experience I'm trying to get players to retire earlier. Anyone know how to do this?

You can use NZA editor I believe to add them to the IR/retired list in franchise mode.....I could be wrong but I think there is a feature in NZA for this....btw you have to do this outside of madden and have your franchise file or roster readily accessible by the editor.

Use Maddenamp it has the team called other you can assign the players to.......

So I've done some research and I've discovered I can edit the a dat file to do this. However the youngest I've been able to get players to retire in Franchise is 30, however there are the odd ball 29s. This doesn't make all 30 yr olds retire but does reduce the number of 30+ significantly. I'm wondering if anyone would know how to decrease the age from 30 lower.

what file is this that you are tweaking blankman? or even roughly, where is it located?
