How to mirror decal on uniform?

I've been messing around with custom uniforms lately and haven't found much info on decal0 and decal1. I understand they're meant to be for the team's logo, with decal0 being for the shoulder/sleeve logo. For one, I haven't found out where decal1 goes but more importantly, I want to mirror decal0 on an asymmetrical logo so that it will face forward on both sleeves. Is this possible?
