How to stop penalty flag crash

Hi, I have been playing madden about a week now and the penalty flag will make the game crash (only for offside penalty’s) I am running through the Calhoupe files and through texmod. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Very weird, I wonder if it's related to a corrupt animation or voice file for the referee

I open calhoupes scripts and then select all the options that I want and put 2017 as the year so in the future I know that the scripts loaded...... I then save the scripts as 2017 through the app..... I dont load texmod or the game through the app..... I load Texmod seperately and start the game through Texmod and it works this way as long as when I load my franchise it has 2017 or higher as the year........

Make sure you're using the latest version of calhoupe's scripts.
