If you're using DEX then it's not TexMod. Are you doing .DAT uniforms or .TPF?

Because I got confused for awhile Ive been working on this all day long and they wont show up transparent, I edit them on photoshop I save them DDS but somehow they get all messed up when I try to import them to DEX, Ive tried everything.

You have to make sure that all of your numbers have the exact same palette.
If you're using DEX, you have to Hex edit your numbers, to make the background color transparent before you import it.
If your using MUER, you must toggle the "Make First Color Transparent" option. Your background color must be the first color in your numbers palettes.
