I'm in a bit of panic right now

For my H.S. Roster, I tried to make the team's balanced. But this was a bad idea because now all the teams are really good. What I'm trying to do is extract the attributes from the DEFAULT ROSTER to make the teams balanced then IMPORT them for all the custom players. How do I do this? and is this possible to do?

export cvs from roster > play(ers)

"custom sort" by the skill tables individually, and positions (2nd). sort your newer roster by teams, and position (2nd). copy and paste each table carefully.
