From the looks of the error message, put a copy of Sounddat.dat in the C:\Users\kevin\Documents\Madden NFL 08/ and try again.

I have one in there. Same error.

What exactly are you trying to accomplish upon receiving the error?

I followed all of the instructions multiple times. It's when I try to pick a network (Fox ie), I type it in and it runs until that error shows up.

Which cmd are you running when the error occurs? Do you have a copy of Sounddat in the Networks/base/ folder with the other required files?

* Monday Night Football on ESPN
* Thursday Night Football on NFL Network

It's new logos for NFL on CBS, a new NFL on CBS scoreboard. New scoreboard for Thursday Night Football on NFL Network also it will feature the Thursday Night Football on NFL Network logo. I will be working on the newer version of Monday Night Football on ESPN mod. It's something to get up to date. The 2017 NFL on CBS logo and the 2017 Monday Night Football on ESPN logo is discontinued. I can't release it not until the 2021 FF/FI mod comes out. After the new 2021 FF/FI mod comes out I will post the new updated TV Networks to this website. You guys will like it no bullshit.

Unfortunately I don't know how to change music for TV Network mods.

It's a really simple thing to do. You just use the NHL Ditty Import tool to convert any mp3 to .ASF. Then imject the .asf file into the sounddat file. I'm looking for the new theme music that's play during commercials and between qtrs on the web, so far no luck. But as soon as I can find a good quality mp3, I'll do an update for the sounddat if noone else has done one.

Search the site for the Sounddat tutorial. I did ESPN, FOX and TNT network themes for my NBA mod, including the theme music from each network. I added new sponsor images like KIA, Fan Duel, State Farm, Coke, Little Caesars Pizza, Lexus and Gatorade to my themes. I took out the older Snickers and T Mobile images out. And I just ripped the sounddat file from Madden 09 to get the music that was updated after 08.

The Madden 09 PS2 DVD does not have a seperate music folder with the music formatted .eam. All of the music is only located inside the sounddat. What is odd is that the music plays normally when you're in the menus of the game. But when you play the game, the music has a reverb/echo stadium effect that I want to figure out how that's being done. So tomorrow I crack open the 09 sounddat to further investigate.

I posted screenshots for the updated NFL on CBS, MNF on ESPN & TNF on NFL Network but I can't release the download link for the new mods not until the 2021 FF/FI mod comes out. So you guys got a sneak peak of my work. Yes I changed the song for TNF on NFL Network the Intro, End Of 1st Quarter, Halftime, End Of 3rd Quarter, Overtime and Final (End Of Game).
