Creating custom team logos

Hi guys, here a first time poster from the Netherlands..I would really like to know how to create customl logos for my custom created teams..I know i can find dozens of sport logos on the internet. How can i put these in the game??

Yes i`ve read it but still find it difficult to get transparent logos in the game,

As long as the logo/field art is a 256-color bitmap, with the background color set as R255 G0 B255, it should appear transparent in the game.

go into the "customart" directory and open any of the art file with a pink background. using the graphics editor copy the pink color with the color picker tool and then fill that color to your art file.

Depends on the logo there are ways to cheat around the way to create them send me on on my email address : john.puhala@yahoo.com and I could see about working one up for you. I use Microsoft Paint..it is a trick for years I have used.

I just stumbled upon this forum since i wanted to know how I can get the transparency of the main Logo and the midfield Logo going, since I always have the background colour in game and it is really annoying me that it doesnt work. Any Hints of looking into the manual are useless for me, since I bought the game with the 08 collection and thus I dont have a Manual.

So if somebody could explain to me what I have to do, I would be very greatful, since I have quite a few Teams I want to attribute the custom Art to...

The two major things to keep in mind is that the image must be 8-bit, 256 color (indexed). The transparency(pink) value is Red:255 Green:0 Blue:255 or the hex value of FF00FF

When you save the image look for those settings and see if that helps. If it still didn't work for you I'll I can make a tutorial.
