This TPF has now been updated and the download link for version 3.0 is below and in the OP.

What’s new:

• Patriots: overhaul of Gillette Stadium and update of scoreboards
• Chiefs: overhaul of Arrowhead Stadium and completely new scoreboards
• Saints: update of the Mercedes Benz Superdome
• Falcons: new scoreboard
• Jaguars: updated wall signage, updated scoreboard, updated end zone art
• Cardinals: updated signage and scoreboard with new State Farm stadium name
• Browns: updated end zone art
• Jets: updated signage and scoreboard (new logo)
• Colts: updated scoreboard
• Oakland: updated field (no baseball diamond)
• Bills: updated field
• New franchise graphics for Game of the Week and rivalry games
• New drive summary graphic

Still includes:

• Updated sideline personnel (ball boys, Security and photographers)
• Clearer graphics for AT&T Stadium, Lucas Oil Field, Mercedes-Benz Stadium and US Bank Stadium
• Updates at M&T Bank Stadium, updated walls at Nissan Stadium and updates at Hard Rock Stadium
• Sharper custom fields for Steelers, Browns, Dolphins and Vikings
• And more... over 180 image files have been edited within this mod!

These crowds make a massive difference (improvement!) in the way the game looks and I just wanted to give them a plug!!
