Help
Spoiler:
If you don't have the same directory as the actions, you will need to set your "Save" directory to your preferred directory.
First create a 128x64 image and index it to 256 colors with no transparency.
To the left of the action is an expand arrow, click and expand the action.
Scroll down to the first set of SAVE settings. Double click the first SAVE and set the new directory. Make sure you name it 0.bmp, 8bit and uncheck the copy button. Click on the second Save and set the new directory with three mipmap, 0.dds and uncheck the copy button.
Repeat the above steps for numbers 1-9. After that you'll be set to make your numbers.
An alternate way of running the action without editing it is to use a virtual cd drive and a USB drive. Use the virtual drive to add drives to the system (computer) and then use the USB drive to add the "F:\" drive. Then create the F:\MADDcuments\Pictures\XFL\Uniforms in the USB drive.

It's even better if you have a newer version like CS6 which has support for vector shapes, then you can get a legitimate straight outline as opposed to just the rounded edged Stroke option
You really don't need the newer version of Photoshop if you know how the draw straight lines once you create stroke layer. If it's too rounded touch it up by drawing straight lines where it's too rounded.

I know its not a necessity, but it's a nice feature, I was just pointing it out. Its definitely come in handy for me personally, saves time when your doing a lot of numbers and teams.
