Which gloves are these in the most recent screenshots? I'm currently using the Q's Equipment with Trey's Helmet Mod. Is it possible to swap these in?

They look very close to his Pack #1 gloves but sharper resolution

How would I load these into a compressed file? Trying to help mod the NFL Head Coach mod but it's structured differently than Madden. Some of the Career files are compressed, including the practice jerseys.

I decompressed the UNIFORMS.DAT and was able to view the compressed training camp jerseys in a DAT editor, but when I tried to swap that file with a file from here with DFR it crashed.

Make sure the uniforms are the same as madden 08. Decompress the uniforms.dat first to test if uncompressed uniforms can be loaded. Then check if the hc uniforms are the same size as the 08.

I think they're different sizes, how can I fix this?

I found these files with the DAT Editor, I'm a complete noob on modding but I think these are the KC practice jerseys in HC06. I had to uncompress the UNIFORMS.DAT to view them because career mode is all compressed. Swapping the the KC uni's from here into HC06 couldn't be as simple as finding #416 in the DFR and replacing it with the KC UNI .rar could it?

I briefly compared the hc practice uniforms with the 08 practice uniforms and they look to be the same.

So try replacing one practice uniform and is test that it works. Use DFR to replace hc practice uniforms (check on zero based) and use DEX to preview the uniform you want to replace.

I replaced the #416 in uniforms.dat with the KC practice uni's .rar and the game crashed.

EDIT: I didn't extract the files. *facepalms* I loaded them up and they worked! Thanks man
