What file do you use to edit the crowds?

Not sure what you mean by file but I use texmod to extract the texture then edit the texture with Photoshop.

Looks good. The Bears crowd is still red though:

FYI..The Bears crowd is red similar to what the Browns were

Fixed, I changed it up little, I made the crowd more dark blue with a little bit of orange.
