I'm taking a look at your draft class. Here's my thoughts...
QBs
Marqueis Gray could not keep his job at QB. He is working out with WRs and TEs trying for the draft and has no chance to get drafted. He shouldn't be in this draft class.
Denard Robinson had a terrible year. He likely won't stay at QB, and if he does, he's a 68 or lower.
E. J. Manuel is considered a 4th to 2nd round prospect. Should at the very least be over 70 OVR.
HB Knile Davis is recovering from a big injury. He isn't expected to be fully healthy and will go after the 3rd round.
Same with Marcus Lattimore, he likely won't be ready for the 2013 season.
That's all I've spotted so far. It looks pretty good. Only thing I can say is that the players should have a bit more variety of OVRs. A few more guys in the 60s. Too many 70s can get clogged on rosters franchises.
