New Feature Suggestions for Madden 08 pc mod

I'd like to see someone skilled in software develop a new mod for Madden 08 pc that has buttons for REWIND and SLOW-MOTION, without having to press Escape key and click Instant replay. Back in my visual basic days, we could build an app that stayed on top of the screen all the time and place it in one of the corners of the main screen. Such options would make 08 a great teaching tool for high school football. What do you guys think? If someone could make a wrapper that I could tap into from old visual basic, I can make the surface app with 2 small buttons for REWIND and SLOW-MOTION replay. Adjusting camera angles would also be nice for teaching purposes.
