get a flash drive and put it on there then go to your hard drive in xbox 360 and load it up

I appreciate your time Gerberfootball27 but for whatever reason I can not get this file to load. Here is my 2 processes: First one:
I download the file to my desktop. Then open my flash drive up with Modio and inject the file into the NFL Head Coach 09 file library. Plug my flash drive into my Xbox 360. Goto my Xbox 360 storage devices. Find NFL Head Coach 09 and when it list the files it shows "corrupt game file"

Second method:
I download the file to my desktop
Copy the file to my flash drive
Plug my flash drive into my Xbox 360
Goto my Xbox 360 storage devices
Pull up my flash drive to find the file but the file still says "corrupt game file"

Not sure what I am doing wrong but it keep showing "corrupt game file".
