* PS3/360 tdb compatibility. Lets you read/edit TDBs. Previously, you could but the table headers were broken. I havent tested this extensively but it worked on my limited testing.
* Added Up/Down key for moving a selected team up and down the conference grid in the League Editor. For some reason there may be a delay in the arrow input sometimes, so you may need to press the key a couple times before it registers. I'm not sure why this happens sometimes and not others yet.
* Some code optimization on loading databases to improve speed slightly
* Added copies of our new Playbook updates (coming in next NEXT version) for users to tinker with and use. Import them into GAMEDATA.DAT if you wanna try them out using DFR tool.
* Added a feature in League Editor to move all teams to the top when you press the FBS/FCS button. This essentially cleans up the conference display so the asterisks are at the bottom so you dont have to manually fumble around. This hasnt been tested extensively, but I think it works now.
