A few points to the new league (coming soon)

1- Fantasy point structure for earned stats giving out flat progression for players

2- Controlled progression and overall talent. Now basically every player won't progress- in fact, some "top tier players" (if they fail
to gain enough fantasy points) will actually REGRESS in attributes. Exp- a 92OVR "stud CB" who has a very poor season could potentially be
deducted to 88OVR or so via reduction of CTH and TAK. Or a "top tier" OLman who performs poorly in pancakes and/or sacks allowed might lose -2RBK/-2PBK.

3- The "3-tier Fantasy point progression" Basically this limits the number of players who can progress in each tier.
1st tier 86+OVR
2nd tier 76-85OVR
3rd tier -75OVR
Only a certain number of players at each position can progress within each tier. This dramatically improves teams desire to play/rotate their
lower OVR's guys who (if have enough fantasy points) can get huge progression gains. If you've got a top tier guy who's performing very poorly
stat wise in the season and its obvious he's not going to rank in his tier, then play your lower OVR guy and go for progression for him, which (if
he makes it would be bigger boost since he's a lower OVR.

4- The SUB OUT/IN. Never done in coach (that i know of) but with the introduction of a PROFILE EDITOR to easily edit GM's "PB profiles" (chosen at
PB selection screen prior to game), this basically creates a MUCH MORE realistic football experiance! No more WR's running 6 streaks one after
another and not being winded- no more RB's running 6 straight no huddle runs and not being winded. After plenty of testing and STAMINA tweaking,
we've got pretty good sub out/in settings. Now 2nd stringers will get rotated in on longer drives for example. Depth is now of much more
importance!!! This is by far my favorite new endeavor for a league cause it more accurately reflects a sim. We just have to edit a GM's profile(s)
to the correct sub/out amount and the GM HAS TO USE that profile(s) for this sub out/in to "stick" in online games. Now, the STA attribute will
become an important factor come draft time!

5- Striving to simplify the PA rules, 4th down rules and the complexity of every rule in general. Making an easier to understand/follow league is
important to me.

6- A seasonly updated .Dat portrait pack to keep new player portraits coming in as players retire on the .fra

7- More realistic phyz progression. No more rookie WR's SPD jumping from 92-98 SPD over his first few seasons.

8- 95KPW limit for Kickers, 96THP limit for QB's, 80CTH limit for RB's/FB's, 70RBK limit for TE's for more realism from players at their respective positions

9- 70CTH limit for CB's/S's with CTH progression being very limited. This is in hopes of severely reducing the amount of INT's that QB's throw in coach mode.
