Evolve Online Issue

Hey Guys,

Tried searching for help on this but couldn't find a thread.

My IP is resolving to my local address when I try to host a match (192.168 etc.) instead of my evolve IP.

Is there a way to force it to host from the evolve IP instead?

Resolve doesn't matter. If the person enters your Evolve address, it will work fine.

Connection is timing out. Are you sure? It's hosting from my 192.168 address

The resolve button has no effect. It does that when doing direct connection games without Evolve as well.

The timing out involves your firewall settings. I've had the same problem, and the only way I fixed it was to disable Windows' firewall completely while I hosted. I have yet to find a way to keep the firewall up while allowing just Evolve.
