Online Play Through Parsec

For those unfamiliar, Parsec is a program that allows a user to share their screen with other users and allows controller inputs remotely to allow multiplayer play. Since there don't seem to be any places where games for Madden 08 are hosted, I'm trying to use this platform to make some games happen.

All you would need is to have a controller configured to be able to play.

This appears to be a fun idea... The input lag from the player using this Parsec app is how many ms?
