Well, after a battle that was anything but easy, the Toronto Argonauts are the 2012 CFL Eastern Conference Champions and get to play for the 100TH Grey Cup at home in T.O. They showed that their offense can get into scoring position a lot and the ever tough Montreal Alouettes stopped them the first couple of times they tried to, but the Argo defense kept the score close in the 1st half. The Argos started the second half down by 7 points and rallied to add 14 points very quickly, lead by Ricky Ray who was cool as ice with Montreal's defense coming at him from everywhere. Chad Kackert and Chad Owens put on a nice show in the second half, with Kackert scoring on an impressive run. Owens put up over 200 yards on receiving and over 305 all-purpose yards for the game. The Argos' defense came up huge when needed. Marcus Ball picked off passes from Anthony Calvillo twice and Pacino Horne distracted Montreal receiver Brian Bratton just enough to make him miss a catch in the end zone in the dying seconds of the game to seal the victory for the Toronto Argonauts.
Final Score - Argos 27 Alouettes 20...
