And if Dan Bailey does good, then whoever's idea to draft Carlson must feel really stupid...

Well, Dan Bailey wasn't available in April.

Don't forget Carlson. And Crosby. And Elliott. Bad day for kickers.

Crosby missing a 52 yarder to win stinks, but he went 5 for 6 and missed a long kick. That's a very good day at the office for the kicker and the Packers needed to figure out how to turn FGs into TDs if they wanted to win.

Even if they didn't sign him, they still must feel really stupid for drafting a bust.

It's a 5th round pick. You can't call that a bust. A bust is a failed 1st, 2nd, or MAYBE high 3rd, and that's stretching it.

Normally, I'd agree, but if your 5th rounder can't even make it 3 weeks into the season, he's a bust. Draft picks at the minimum should make it through at least 1 season. They are supposed to be your 7 best players.

Welp, guess no one can trust any kind of Special Teams now. So far, as of this writing, there was a Chris Boswell missed extra point (Which is becoming the standard), a Falcons blocked punt by the Steelers, a Seahawks blocked punt by the Rams, Mason Crosby missed pretty much everything, and Dan Bailey missed 2 field goals of less than 50 yards ... the Vikings kicker curse still lives.

And be able to improvise.

The only time to rely on a kicker is a 60+ yarder against the Giants to win a game. You'll never miss!
So the Giants traded Beckham....

I can't quite figure what was wrong with Crosby today... At least he finally made one late.

Possibly the worst kicking game I've ever seen.
