The worst four teams (of "NFL 1 - Today teams") after the regular season are relegated and the best (of "NFL 2 - minor league/development league") after the playoffs are promoted.

Start picks belong to NFL 1 teams (32th to champion order) and last picks in the same order belong to NFL 2.
