Was somewhat in shock when I heard the call and saw the replay. Officiating has been spotty all around the league the last couple seasons in my opinion, but this really took the cake for me today.

Yeah, this was a complete joke of a call.
The Brownies lost list this game way before this call took place. Yes, they may have at least had 2, or 3 more plays to try and score.
Regardless, this should have never been a thing.
The ref that Pryor tossed the ball to clearly had eye contact with Pryor and was ready to catch said ball.
The Ravens' DB got in the way. He was just getting up, going back to his huddle, probably not aware that the ball was in mid-air above/next to him.
Why couldn't the ref, to whom Pryor flung the be ball, confer with the ref who threw the flag? They seem to talk for ten minutes every other time a flag is thrown.
I've read where people have said, "this is technically a penalty. It is clearly stated in the rule book". While that may very well be true, it's a total cop-out.
I guess, if it is stated in the rule book, it has to be followed. And that's how it needs to be.
But, I definitely have sympathy for the Browns and their fans here.

Something's a little off on the last part, should look more like this. Which doesn't even include four AFL Championships.

"The Cleveland Browns have not appeared in a Super Bowl. They did, however, play in 10 consecutive league championship games from 1946 through 1955. During that stretch, they won four titles as a member of the All-America Football Conference from 1946 through 1949, and three as a member of the NFL (1950, 1954, 1955)."
So yeah, they do have some rings, but no Super Bowl rings.
Re: The Browns keep coming up with ludicrous ways to lose
The "Super Bowl"is the marketing or TV name for the NFL League Championships... In that case, we have 8... 7 in a row and the second undefeated season in Professional sports history... Research...

The football gods have been frowning on the city of Cleveland ever since the original Browns moved to Baltimore.
