Rob Chudzinski hired as HC

Postby superben21 » Fri Jan 11, 2013 12:08 am

Not really sure what to even say here. I feel like he's a hot and cold coach. And I'm gonna leave it at that.

Never heard of him, and I've got a gut feeling that says Browns fans are going to wish they had never heard of him by the end of next season.

I wasn't so uplifted when I first heard about it yesterday morning.
Since then I can at least say he's "Saying the right things" specifically about being decisive, aggressive, and because he's from the area he's obsessed with not disappointing the fan base yet again.

What I like even more (and seems to be more of a reality, unless the people in Ohio know something I don't already...) is that he's looking to add a competent veteran at OC in Norv Turner. I'd rather have Chud at HC and Turner at OC than the other way around. Turner is damaged goods as an HC but he's no fool as an OC.

Norv Turner it is. Off come the training wheels let's really see if this offense can be something or yet another flicker.

The more I read about Chud, the more I like the hire.
My sources tell me that he was the candidate that both Haslam and Banner agreed on.
