GMFB.. reported that the Ravens and Harbaugh will be splitting ways after the end of the 2018 season....

I would argue that Harbaugh will be out because of the lack of playoff success after 2012 (it was 2012 they went to the SB right?). But he's not the biggest one at fault. Joe Flacco has regressed a lot.

He's a smart dude....he won't be out of work for very long, unless he chooses to. He should get offers in the NFL and NCAA.

He is in the same boat as Jeff Fisher was.... Steelers Fans hated him ..but if he was hired as the Steelers coach they would love him
