What, do you think the returner is the only player on special teams? Disregarding 10 other players are we? There's the up returner, the down returner, the blockers/gunners, and if you're kicking, the kicker, and if you're punting, the up blockers, down blockers, and long snapper.

None of those special teams players they signed are returners.
