It doesn't matter if your a Bears and Browns fan or not, the fact is, the Bears and the Browns are... well... bad.

Dude, do you know who you quoted??
I know the Bears are bad.
I started this thread by saying "worst team in the NFL".

You are trying to argue my point back to me

Look, you said it was an insult for someone to say the Browns and the Bears are bad teams. And I'm telling you, the Browns and the Bears are, maybe not "bad" teams, if that language is too strong, but they are definitely not considered to be "good" teams.

I disagree. Browns almost beat the Ravens, and the Bears aren't terrible.

Almost beating a team doesn't determine anything. It's just one game.

No, he was saying it's an insult to the Steelers to compare them to the Bears and Browns. :)

That's not my point. I'll be the first to admit how mishandled the Browns have been. I was talking about your previous post that I previously quoted. :P

Uh, not quite.
If you read a couple posts above the one you point out, Ycleped said "It was an insult to compare the Steelers to the Bears or the Browns."

Even though that statement is more thruth than fiction, it was a joke, he was being sarcastic.
I added to the sarcastism with a tounge-in-cheek "It is an insult. And I am a Bears and Browns fan."

Bottom line, yes, the Bears are going nowhere and the Browns have been nowhere for 20 years.

It's all for fun dude 8-)

I see... Sarcasm can be misunderstood when all comments are typed and not spoken.

Ain't that the truth!

1 Playoff trip from 1940-1971
Only 6 winning seasons over that period

If that's not the worst run in League history, I'd like to know what is!!

Well, the Texans look awful.
True, the Patriots are exceptional.
But still, they hold Houston scoreless through 3+ quarters with a third-string, rookie QB.

Coach B.B. and staff, along with that stout D - got a heck of a backbone...
