McCoy to be Traded

Postby RevanFan » Tue Mar 03, 2015 6:58 pm

On March 10, when the league year starts, LeSean McCoy is going to be traded to Buffalo for Kiko Alonso. Thoughts?

Ok, I've calmed down enough to give my thoughts.

First off, going to see the Buffalo-Philly game this year down in Philly will be one hell of a time... Both my favorite teams up against eachother, and now this!

This move works out perfectly for both teams. The Bills needed a running back, and the Eagles needed a linebacker. Alonso hopefully will the the next heart of the defense; the next B-Dawk.

This also means....

MARIOTA TIME!!!!!!!!! The Eagles don't need a top 3 running back if they have a quarterback that can serve as both a passer and a runner. More and more signs are popping up that they might actually make the trade for a top draft pick to draft their future franchise quarterback.

Chip Kelly does not want MotorMouths on the time.

Vick Jackson and Mccoy fitted that trait.

McCoy was apparently going to be due for $12 Million or at least bigger pay, Sorry he is too old to give that money away on.

EAGLES Better sign MACLIN NOW !

So do we want Peterson or Maury as our RUNNING BACK ? We got the CAP Space

Beefing up the defense is always a good idea, but thats a hell of a loss. Hope it works out for Philly. Bills might be an interesting team this year.

Both would be HORRIBLE ideas. Chip Kelly doesn't want a child beater on his team, either, and Murray doesn't fit his system. CJ Spiller actually would be the best fit - they were attempting to trade for him last year, too!

And yeah, they BETTER sign Maclin.

Chip wants RB who can CATCH, That's why Sporles was in for half of the plays.

Can Murray catch at all ?

Philly management has NO problem with letting their featured offensive player (non-QB) go. It's a business, after all.

See: Brian Westbrook. He was a workhorse, and probably shortened his career by taking on that position. He definitetly cashed in, though.

Yes. In fact, he was one of the leading receivers on our team. That's why everyone whines about his workload. He had 436 carries and 61 catches. He's got good hands, he's a good blocker, and if he goes to Philly, I'll drop dead in my seat.
