Can I modify how a player looks ?

Madden crashing, franchise corrupt, games won't sim? Get help here.

I get an error when opening this file.
Is it corrupted and if so can someone point to me the face id files/numbers?
I am trying to fix the 2011 and 2012 draft classes.
I found the face ids on the download page.
No signature needed.
