Cant Move Up on Controller

Cant Move Up on Controller
weirdest thing all other directions work fine but when pushing up i move so slow
tried unplug replug controller
vync on and off
using ps4 controller on usb wired
no other game has problem
on windows 10 2h22
all other buttons work fine except up
its fine in control panel
idk

D pad works but it is a little awkward feeling after my stick always working its very strange thing
